If I have insurance, will I qualify for Behavioral Health Funds?

Contact your insurance regarding benefits available to you. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may or may not qualify for Behavioral Health funding. Insurance eligibility factors will be discussed as part of the Comprehensive Assessment. If you know you are on a Pre-paid Medical Assistance Program (PMAP) for health insurance, you are suggested to contact your specific provider for substance abuse services. Chisago County is a provider for Medical Assistance and Blue Plus.
