Visiting hours listed below are specific to the free option for on-site video visitation. Each inmate is limited to one 20-minute visit per day from the lobby.

You need to determine if the inmate is classified as a minimum/medium security or maximum security, since the hours are different.

Visiting hours for minimum and medium security inmates are as follows:

• Sunday: 8:00 a.m. -  Noon; 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. - Noon

Visiting hours for maximum security inmates are as follows:

• Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 7:00 p.m. -   9:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

2. How can I visit with an inmate remotely?

Digital inmate visitation is available for a small fee by going to the Reliance Telephone Website. Video calling is completed through an app called "Reliance Connect", which is available from the Google Play or Apple App Stores. Inmates can place a video call to a phone number associated with a Reliance Connect Account at any time during the day (excluding scheduled lobby visiting hours) and fund the call using their wallet balance at the rate of $0.25/minute.

3. How can I leave a message for an inmate?

You need to call 651-237-3112.  Inmates now have a dedicated voicemail box; simply call the number and follow the prompts.
