Programs that address the needs of families with young children include:
Services are provided through home visiting, school-based services, and clinics at various community locations.
Health educators provide instruction and information through individual schools, public forums, health fairs, and directly to business locations and community groups covering a variety of health related topics.
Disease Prevention & Control Program
The Disease Prevention and Control Program includes immunizations, mantoux testing (Tuberculosis screening skin test), and follow-up on infectious disease issues. Please call the Chisago County Public Health Department at 651-213-5225 for more information.
